I’ve been clearing out the clutter again at our house.  If it’s not something that I love, it’s going to live at someone else’s house.  Let’s see what didn’t make the cut this past week.

Twin sheets.  Uhm.  We’ve not had a twin bed in our house in over six years.  Why!?  Why do I keep things like this?  A green binder that everyone always picks another one over.  A basket that I have no place for.  A controller, two baby doll hats and a number one redskins stuffed toy.  Where in the world did that come from?

Books and more books.  A set of Italian study cards.  We didn’t learn much Italian, sadly.

More books and even MORE magazine holders.

MORE books and a leather like portfolio that I had photos in.  I finally transferred them to an actual photo book I’ve had for over a year.

An awesome brass magazine rack I have no place for.  Glassware and an iPhone 4 charging dock with a radio.  Ask me how long it’s been since anyone had an iPhone 4.  I can’t remember, that’s how long I’ve kept something that is useless to us.

More glassware and a canister I don’t need.  And a beer cozy, sheezsh.

Liv has been busy hauling things out of her closet that she insists she’ll never wear.

She’s really into flannels and jeans right now.

I told her that she is turning into her mother – circa 1987.

She just stares at me with her typical Olivia look and goes on about her business.

She is her Papaw’s girl.  Calm, almost never out of sorts, so when she is you know to pay attention, because it’s an anomaly.

A few items from the basket I keep in my closet.  Why oh why did I ever buy a sparkly TANK TOP!?!  Oh well.

Aaaaahhhhh, the magazines!  Once we read them, I rarely keep them.

Whew.  I am still clearing out hidden corners at my house.  Did you clear out any of your clutter last week?  I am going again this week.  I love the freedom of clean spaces in my house!
