Actually, just one favorite thing today.

My in-laws are visiting us right now and we had and entire conversation about this item just the other day.  Titillating conversationalists, I know.

Over the years we have honed in on certain things that we will not compromise on or substitute with anything else.  For instance, my husband was dead set when we got married that there is no other ketchup besides Heinz ketchup.  He has since changed his mind.  🙂

But, one food item that we discovered quite by accident is something that we will not substitute.  Hellmann’s mayonnaise.

Wow.  Now you should know that the people of Hellmann’s have absolutely no idea who I am and are not compensating me in any way to talk about their mayo.  It just tastes better.  And it makes everything you add it to taste better.

I’ll post my recipe for Broccoli Salad later this week and you should try it with Hellmann’s to see if you agree.  I’ll bet you switch if you’ve never had it!
