I am already loving this review of what we had last week better than trying to stick to what I will make the coming week. Ahh, it’s the little things that help me keep my sanity. Here’s what we had for supper last week.
Sunday – January 29
- Wendy’s – I love it when everyone can choose something different for supper and I don’t have to make four different meals. Convenience food, sometimes its great.
Monday – January 30
- Baked Chicken
- Baked Potatoes
- Salad
- Garlic Bread
Tuesday – January 31 – I had a dentist appointment today, so it’s easy to prepare and eat food.
- Campbell’s Soup
- Sandwiches
Wednesday – February 1
- Hamburgers
- Chips
- Pickles or Giardiniera
Thursday – February 2
- Soup beans and cornbread
- Salmon
- Rice and beans
- Roasted broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms
Friday – February 3
- Taco Bell – Hayden and I worked on the floors today and when Denton called to ask if I needed anything he offered to spare me the added chore of cooking supper today. Woo-hoo! The food was terrible though. Well, I can’t say that. We didn’t get what we ordered – none of us! – so I guess you could say that the service was terrible.
Saturday – February 4
- Ribs in the slow cooker
- French fries
- Baked beans
- Coleslaw
- Rolls
