The weekends are kicking my butt. All of us stay up later: IE: I stay up past 10:00 PM and as a result I sleep past 7:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Which means by the time Monday mornings roll around I’m getting a lot less sleep than normal, which in turn, makes me a very tired person. I cling more and more to my routines the older I get, and this is one I think I won’t feel guilty about any more. I NEED my sleep.
All of that to say I definitely needed my planner entries to remember what we ate this past week. It was all yummy though!

March 19 – Monday

- Fettuccine
- Garlic bread
March 20 – Tuesday
- Tuna sandwiches with chips and pickles
- Leftover fettuccine and spaghetti
March 21 – Wednesday
- Roast chicken (this was so, so good!)
- Roasted asparagus, potatoes, carrots
- Butter fried mushrooms
- Biscuits
March 22 – Thursday
- Roast chicken sandwiches
- Chips
- Pickles
March 23 – Friday
- Subway!
March 24 – Saturday
- Leftovers
March 25 – Sunday
- New York Strip Steaks
- Baked Potatoes
- Hawaiian sweet rolls
This was Hayden’s request. He absolutely hates to eat out, so his wish was my command. And I was very happy to do it. He is one of the greatest joys of my life!
