We LOVE wings at our house.  We have them at least once a month.  In fact, we are having them tonight.  We love them crispy as all get out, but I don’t want to stand and deep fry them all the time.  So I came up with this “recipe”.  Enjoy!

Preheat your oven to 425*.

I like to elevate the wings on a rack on my largest sheet pan.  It helps to “fry” the wings to perfection.

I keep it super simple.  Salt and pepper on both sides of the wings.  Bake for 25 minutes and flip the wings, bake for another 25 minutes.  Slather the wings with your favorite sauce (Denton likes them hot/Hayden likes them with Sweet Baby Ray’s spicy barbecue/I like them all!) and bake them for another 5 minutes.

And eat!  These are so good.  Here’s the handy dandy printable recipe.
