Slow Cooker Roast Beef Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes Carrots, Onions, Mushrooms - enough for everyone in your family
  • 1 - 14 ounce can of beef broth
  • 1 TBSP minced dried onions
  • Chuck or Shoulder Roast I used a 5.5 pound here
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and quarter your potatoes, carrots, onions, and mushrooms
  • Pour the beef broth over the veggies.
  • Place the roast on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced onions.
  • Cook in your slow cooker on low for about 8 hours.
