Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion diced or sliced
  • canola oil for the frying pan
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal

Instructions
 

  • Scrub your potatoes, peel and chop.
  • Dice your onions.
  • Heat the oil in your frying pan.
  • Fry the potatoes and onions until almost completely cooked through and deeply golden brown on the edges.
  • Add the 1/4 cup of cornmeal to the potatoes and onions and cook for a few minutes more.
  • Serve and enjoy!
