Cornbread Salad with Cauliflower and Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of 8.5 oz Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix baked and cooled You can use any cornbread you love, leftover or fresh made, just make sure it's cooled
  • 1 small head of broccoli
  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing more if you feel like it needs it!

Method
 

  1. Crumble your cooled cornbread and add all of your chopped vegetables and cheese.
  2. Salt and pepper it to taste and drizzle the ranch dressing over everything and mix it well.
  3. Enjoy!
