Thick Cut Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Thick cut pork chops
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Olive oil and Butter

Method
 

  1. Dry off your chops.
  2. Rub them generously with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Very LIBERALLY salt and pepper both sides.
  4. Sear each side of your chops for two minutes in a screaming hot pan.
  5. Roast in the oven until cooked through. At my house that's 160*. At Chef Ramsey's house it's 145*!
  6. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
