Did you pop into any thrift stores or yard sales last week?  I did.  Here’s what I found.

By the way, just in case you have a burning desire to purchase any of these items, and you can’t wait to find them at your own thrift store, just click on the photos and it will take you to an item like it.  😎

Earlier this year,  I bought one of these for the kids bathroom.  It’s a cup with a lid on it.  We have three cats in the house and frankly I don’t like the idea of getting up in the middle of the night and getting a drink of water, after Batman or someone else, has licked my cup for me.  I thought this one was adorable.  $1.29

This is a giant candle and it smells lovely!  $1.99!

Liv loved the stars pattern on this one and it smells like vanilla.  Always a winner.  $1.00

This set of candles is from the Swan Creek Candle Co.  They are soy, which I love and they smell like heaven.  $2.99 each.

Have you seen Wicked?  I have no idea what it’s even about, but I saw this version for $0.59 so I think I’ll try to fit it into my reading next week.  Suze Orman is always an interesting read, and for $0.59 I couldn’t pass it up.

Another lovely candle for $0.59 and two trail size things to try out.  The one on the right is from Merle Norman and was $0.69 and the one on the left is from ?????????????.  It was also $0.69.  I have already tried the makeup remover from Merle Norman and I really liked it.

This is one of my favorite finds.  It’s two separate ceramic colanders.  I felt like they were definitely worth $4.99 for BOTH.

I have been on the lookout for sweaters that have pockets.  Do you know how rare they are.  NONE of mine have pockets and it drives me bonkers.  So when I found this one, I jumped!  $3.79

I found these last week and I can’t wait to give them a beautiful coat of spray paint.  Brass has never been my thing.  Number one, I am not going to polish them.  So, spray paint to the rescue.  I have done this many times and I love the way they turn out.  I think this time I’m going to go for a hammered silver look.  We’ll see.  $3.99 each.

So I spent $29.17 this week.  Did you find any amazing deals?
