What’s for Supper? Our Weekly Meal Plan.

I like meal planning.   No, I love meal planning.  Not the act itself or the process of coming up with what we are going to have each night for supper, but the relief and ease every day of the week with knowing what I’m going to put on the table for everyone to consume.  I am seriously relieved to wake up each day and not freak out about what’s for dinner.  Even if I change my mind that day, I still have a plan in the works and it keeps me from throwing up my hands and ordering Chinese food.  Which isn’t a bad supper in my opinion, just bad for our wallet’s two or three times a week.

Yesterday we ended up with lasagne and garlic toast and it was delicious.  Here’s what I I have planned for the rest of this week.  Maybe.

Monday

  • Hamburgers
  • Chips and all the stuff.  Like, pickles and giardiniera.  I love the Mezzetta brand.

Tuesday ~ Breakfast for supper.

  • Pancakes
  • Bacon
  • Eggs over easy
  • Toast and Hashbrowns.

Wednesday

  • Workout day so it’s soup beans
  • Roasted potatoes and cauliflower
  • Sausage and kraut
  • Salmon Bombs

Thursday

  • Homemade Pizza.  I’ll share the recipe soon.  It’s amazing!

Friday

  • Out to eat.

Saturday

  • Potato’s soup with bacon and biscuits.

Sunday

  • Roast with potatoes, carrots
  • Green beans
  • Rolls.
