This lovely house was built in 1940, has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It has some of my favorite things including a roof line that makes it look like a true dollhouse, a gorgeous staircase, hardwood floors, a sunroom, a fireplace and a wall mounted sink that I love. And who wouldn’t want to live in a town called Americus?!? Let’s go!

This is in my area, about an hour away. I do love to look at the houses in the old parts of little southern towns. They never disappoint me!
It’s my favorite!
