My life so far this week.

How was your week? Here’s what happened in my world.

I must eradicate them all! The baby is on the hunt. Any time the weather warms up even slightly, the lady bugs try to come out. No worries though. Koshka is on the job and he tortures them to death.

My oldest baby was sick this week. He had a bug, so I stayed home with him for the day. Koshka was playing nurse to help him get better. Which means that he cried until Hayden let him under the covers so he could sleep. He was mad (Koshka) because I was taking his photo and interrupting his sleep.

On Thursday I got to visit the dentist. Again. We finally determined that I have an infection. Antibiotics to the rescue. Fortunately, I haven’t had to be on an antibiotic for years, so please say a little prayer that this one clears this up pronto.

At least our dentist has beautiful art work to look at.

On the way back home I snapped this photo of the Homestead. It’s a beautiful place. You can’t tell from this picture, but it really is.

I am always astounded by the grass at the Cascades golf course. It is stunning. I mean come on people, it’s February. In Virginia. And the grass is the color of emeralds.

Isn’t this awesome? Just someone’s driveway on my home. I want one.

When Hayden and I ran off to the city on Friday, we found all kinds of books to bring home with us. This wasn’t one of them, but we had a great laugh about the cover. The great horned snake horse, I believe is what we came up with. But when I checked it out on amazon, apparently I should have bought it to sell. This thing is expensive! Do you read sci-fi fantasy?

Denton and I had our date yesterday, and after dinner we wandered into this beautiful gallery. I’ll write a proper post about it, because it truly was a great gallery. But I had to show you this. I love it. I have never wanted Denton to mount any of the deer he harvest’s when he does hunt, but this. This he can hang on my wall anytime. It is so cool.
