How did your week go last week? As you’ll see below, our week was a train wreck where nutrition is concerned. We had appointments, commitments and just places that we had to be other than home and our eating habits reflect that. Planning didn’t even enter my orbit last week. And it didn’t help that Denton was gone most of the week for work two states away. I’ll be glad to be back to a slightly more normal schedule this coming week.
Wait. Liv’s graduation is this weekend, so scratch that. Maybe by the end of summer, I can heel our boat back on track. Does a boat track? I’ll have to check on this and report back to you….
Anywho, here’s what we ate last week:
Monday Papa John’s pizza. Everyone’s favorite. Unless we are in New York and that’s a whole different animal.
Tuesday Leftovers, yum!
Wednesday Soup beans, cornbread, mac and cheese, roasted veggies and salmon
Thursday Chicken nuggets. Hey, it’s not eating out again, right? Right?
Friday Chinese, my favorite. Aaannnddd, we are eating out again. Life it just hard some weeks, isn’t it?
Saturday Leftovers, yay. Seriously, YAY.
Sunday Breakfast for supper – Toast, eggs over easy, hashbrowns, bacon and fruit.
