This was an excellent week for food! We actually made it home to my family for Mother’s Day and I got to see some of my favorite people. We missed even more of them, but, there are only so many hours in the day.

- Chinese!
Friday – May 11
- Supper with my Mama and Daddy!!!
- Italian Chicken
- Baked Potatoes

- Rolls
Saturday – May 12
- Eatin’ Meetin’ with the people I LOVE! How much food do you want to hear about? So.Much.Food. Here is just part of what we had to choose from:
- Soup Beans and cornbread
- Spiral cut ham
- Chicken and dumplings
- Mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans, mustard greens, squash casserole, pea salad (Yum!), deviled eggs and more
- Dessert: Watermelon, banana pudding cake, turtle pie, chocolate pie, cupcakes, and more

Sunday – May 13
- Travel day back home. When we got home Denton and Hayden picked up supper from our favorite Italian restaurant so that I wouldn’t have to cook on Mother’s Day. Yay! Mike (the owner- he’s friends with Denton) gave us all free cake. It was heavenly.
