Well, this is going up super late.  I am still having issues with uploading my photos, so you are going to see some previous photos of yummy food we ate.

It’s finally, finally hoodie weather at my house.  I am so thankful.  I am impatiently waiting for our trees to fully turn their gorgeous fall colors.  They may not make it this year before they are blown off the trees by the wind and rain.

Here is what we ate last week in no particular order:

Hamburgers are always on stand-by for when I fail to make a plan.  Everyone loves them, they are fast and easy, and that is a great thing on a Monday.

Panko chicken is always a hit.  Liv loves it when I make her tofu the same way.

Potato soup is another favorite and I’m glad.  It’s easy, it’s done in no time and tastes divine.Monte Cristo sandwiches with soup.  Hold the ham for Liv and Denton.  They just had grilled cheese.  🙂

Caramelized onions.  These are so, so good.  I always make them when we have soup beans.

I tried out a new recipe last week with my roasted potatoes.  I wasn’t completely happy with the spices, so hopefully I will perfect those and have the recipe up by the end of the week.

Friday night at our house was a mixture of Popeyes chicken and Papa Johns Pizza.  The rest of the week was leftovers.

What did you eat last week?  What are you going to eat this week?  Inquiring minds need to know!
