What’s for Supper? Weekly Meal Plan 06.10.19

Hello again!  How was your week?  Is it raining where you are?  It’s pouring here…..and I love it.  As always.  We haven’t had any humidity until this week.  If I have to have humidity, I’m glad its rain.  There is nothing better than a soft farmers rain in the evening. Unless it’s a soft farmers rain in the morning.  You know me, I’ll take a soft farmers rain anytime.  The deluges, no. They don’t do anyone any good, including the neighbor up the hill who has to have spent at least a million dollars on gravel.  It all ends up down our entire street every time it comes a deluge.  Anyway.

We are gearing up for more family time, which makes me very happy.  It feels like we go loooong stretches of time without seeing our families and then summer comes and woohoo!  It will be good to spend time with the people we love most.  And eat all the yummy foods.

Anywho, here’s what we ate last week:

Monday, June 3 –  Soup beans, salmon, cornbread, rice, roasted veggies, Mac & cheese and kraut & weenies

Tuesday, June 4 – Taco’s with salsa and chips, bean burritos

Wednesday, June 5 –  Spaghetti, Alfredo and garlic bread

Thursday, June 6 – Leftovers.  One of my favorite days

Friday, June 7 – Chinese/Pizza/ and a Cuban sandwich.  Hayden, Liva and I went into the city and brought food home with us.  Everyone wanted something different, which is the nice thing about takeout!

Saturday, June 8 –  Leftovers.  Hey, it’s my favorite day again!

Sunday, June 9 – Breakfast for supper.  Eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and a couple of Everything Bagels.  Delicious!
